Brittany M. Cavaco

When I was 14, I was scouted by modeling agencies and asked to do New York Fashion Week after winning runner-up in a runway competition in Massachusetts, where I modeled for the brand EXPRESS. I turned down this offer to focus on ballet and my studies, but after moving to NYC, I began to model again. I started becoming more noticed in the dance world through dance photographs that were taken in urban settings, and I started modeling for fashion brands and campaigns.

I’ve been featured in Vogue, Vogue Paris, The New York Post, Elle, Harpers Bazaar, National Geographic, Pointe and Marie Claire. I also currently model for CAPEZIO, Fashion Brands; Kristen Cleal, Kyodan Active, Marissa Perry, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Ev Bessar, VVPatchouli, Prom Outfitters and Accessories Vault.

I’m also working with numerous photographers on their dance projects. These include, “World of Dancers” by Kike Calvo for National Geographic, “Dancers Inside” by Simone Ghera, “OZR Dance Series” by Omar Robles, “Dancers Underground” by Underground NYC, “Ballerina Series—London” by Saaggo and “Create NYC” by Yuxi Liu.

Saaggo’s exhibit, Ballerina Series- London, is currently on exhibition in Paris at The Gallery at Live View.

Most notably I was in a national video campaign for Fuji Film which is also being featured on two jumbo billboards in Time Square, NYC for the next four months.
